What First Steps Are You Taking?

That first step is often the hardest… the scariest to take. Once you take that first step, incredible things begin to happen.

    As a kid, my first love was the ocean. As a young boy, I dreamed of being an Oceanographer. While I didn’t pursue that profession, I’ve always wanted to scuba dive.

    Last week, I signed up for open water diving certification. Rigorous process of classroom training, written tests, and performance tests in the water.

    Last Saturday we made several dives the deepest being 20 feet. It was unique, exhilarating, and scary at the same time.

    After all these years, I finally took the first step.
