We all experience days at work where it feels like a constant struggle. Nothing seems to be enjoyable and everyone and everything appears to be working against us. It is one obstacle after another.
It is what you choose to do in those moments that will determine whether or not you are successful.
That choice is to persevere and keep on going.
It is easy to quit or just give up.
But you are the only one that can step up, take action and make the situation better. No one else can do that for you.
It is in those moments of struggle and hardship that your true character comes out. It is how you deal with adversity that determines your potential and your ability to achieve your goals.
So, what do you do when faced with adversity? Do you persevere and see it as an opportunity to learn a valuable lesson and an opportunity to grow? Or do you run the other way and hide?
Perseverance is the path to success.
“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.”
